If I were to start out completely fresh as a crossbow/bow (still haven't decided) traveler, will I able to have enough money to have a gunslinger?

You don't have to buy arrows/bolts..

I'm pretty sure the skills are same price for everyone.
Gunslingers are more expensive then Bladers -but less then Guardians.
