no they won't

there are only 5 classes. in any case, i reckon there has to be an archer. an another assasin would be great, the synergy skills for the assasins were too fun. I'd love to see a katar wielding, shuriken throwing female ninja kicking some ugly *** wooden tables *** ...

i want Lord the Seis, yarr!

I was kinda thinking of an Archer class, but since the Amazon has specialized masteries for Archery.
Maybe or just maybe, they might make some Crossovers from one class to another.

Just like the Witch Doctor, he seemed to be some sort of Summoner but in the Undead way like a Necromancer.....

They wont make any of the last 5 classes you suggested Tak because they wouldn't follow the lore of the story.

And if there was a Ninja class, then I would cry over the amount of Narutards with 'XxXxSauskeXxXxX' or 'oOoN4rut0oOo' names everywhere.

If what I'm seeing is true, I suspect that they'll have the classes (or characters in this case) aged quite a bit; the barbarian as an example. If this is true, then it's possible that the Necromancer character is dead from old age/corruption/ect. Which Doctor already looks like a Poison Necro and a Summon Necro already, so the class seems to fit in nicely. This leaves us with Amazon, Assassin, Sorceress, Paladin, and Druid that could possibly make a comeback.

Remember that your playing as a character in the story, and not a class; even in online play.

heh, I was just saying that they would make characters exactly like the ones of D2 but change the name.

i bet when it first gets released everyone will want to try out the new classes.

in any case, i'm eager to see what the easter eggs are, hopefully another animal specimen on steroids in line for annihilation.

I also wonder to what extent bossrunning is still present. If the waypoint system allows it of course.

I don't know if this has been said previously, but Blizzard pretty much came out and said Starcraft 2 would come out in early 2009 now (most sites guess in Jan or Feb). (Though some major sites still say it'll make it out in time for the holidays this year)

Diablo III I would imagine, unless they hit snags would come out later in 2009, probably for the holiday season. At the latest I'd see D3 coming out in early 2010 like Starcraft 2 will do in 2009.

There is still a decent chance to see Diablo 3 before the end of the year though next summer is a lot more likely. I'm thinking December 2nd would be a solid release date candidate, or June 28th or so.

You have to at least factor one pushback though, thats what they've done with each Diablo so far.

But I too see June-July '09 as a good candidate for release. December '09-January '10 at the latest.

People loves Diablo 3 more then starcraft 2 so they will spend more time on D3

To relax. I never like to try hard, etc.. It isn't good for us; we tend to get mad while gaming. Anyways, I have a GTX 460 in SLI, but I don't game much.. hm.
