Ok This is probably going to be my noobiest post ever.
![]() So I've seen a lot of people placing .gifs on their sigs and everything. Most of them that I've seen are clips from other videos. For example, the Dramatic Chipmunk. a clip from this japanese show. how would you create a gif from that small clip? some sort of program? I wasn't sure whether i should post this on the graphics section or general. so I decided to post this here.

arr, not sure about everyone else,
but you can basically take a time frame from a movie, cut it in windows movie maker or something to get each individual frame and then use flash to piece together the clip and then save it in gif format ,3,~ that's what i use to do when i made gifs, but not anymore :x~ not sure if there are advance ways now of doing it~ there probably is. |

*cough* Anyway, I've only made a few gif ever and that was using Macromedia Flash. I drew every frame individually and it was absolutely horrible. I made another using Adobe Imageready back in those months when I actually played that awful game. When it comes to capturing images and making a motion picture, rather than drawing them to make a picture, I don't really know. I guess FRAPS? |
