Hot Topic sucks. They should absolutely NOT bring it to Canada so that when people buy stupid things like Tripp pants and shit, the border-guard can have himself a good laugh.

Hot Topic caters to people who think it's cool to listen to music their parents hate. A lot of those people think they're really 'underground' and shit, but their favorite band tops the 40 charts like once a week and has like a giant mainstream following.

If you answered yes to any of these, we now know why you think that.
That was pretty unnecessary. I don't do any of those things... except my leather pants are pretty baggy but I'm going to go get those refitted. And I never wear them offstage anyway.

It's not for emos. It's not for the mainstream but it's not for emos. I know metalheads who shop there too. But it's all for numetal fags.

Nope. I hope you don't think buying stuff from hot topic makes you original. Hot Topic might as well be the Hollister for scenefags.

Get over yourself.

No offense, of course.
Somehow, I agree.

Because men should never wear skinny jeans.

That's right. If I'm not playing a show I have no reason to wear the pants.
They'll get dirty or scratched or something... They're very expensive.

Hahaha yeah to find them you have to be a real metalhead. You can't just walk off the street and walk into one. They're all underground and shit. Like literally.
But yeah there probably are some in Chicago. I wouldn't doubt it. You just gotta know where to look.

Some of you guys are being stereotypical ****s saying that hot topic has stuff for people who "try to be individual"
**** that, some of the shirts just look kinda cool.
I don't buy trip pants, I don't see the point.

Like, this shirts pretty good:http://www.hottopic.com/hottopic/sto...=1214795899253

and this one
http://www.hottopic.com/hottopic/sto...=1214795943814

I'm not trying to prove a point.
but in all aspects, guys, c'mon, it's a style, just like any other.
Be it "gangsta's" or those little preps.
They all have something to say about their style.
Why does it really matter what people wear?
As long as they like it.

When did every guy want to become a damn 400 pound look-alike?
I mean, they wear clothes that can fit an ethiopian family!?

Sheez, it's a style, get over yourself.

Either jeans are too tight or seriously way too baggy.

Same difference. Your style sucks too, but you don't see us complaining.
+ Some calling us "scenefags"
****.
That's just being stereotypical.

You should stop being so judgemental. Plain tshirts and $5 jeans just don't do it for me I'm sorry. And I don't care if you don't like how my jeans fit me I don't wear them for you. You obviously don't worry about how you dress so why are you so preoccupied with the way others dress. Get over yourself please being close minded doesn't make you anymore of a man than me.
