Don't underestimate the breaks. That was my first mistake.
I'm also learning to drive now. ![]() The only real hard part is watching EVERYTHING around you...you have to be really aware of the shit that is happening, and there is so much all at once. I've only been out like 3 times, and I feel pretty confident all ready. Its easy, just awkward. |

Driving is easy, too bad 99/100 drivers around here fail at the basics.
Tips: Awareness - pay attention to everything as much as possible, this means everything in front, in back, and beside you. Shoulder checks - always shoulder check before you switch lanes and shit. I say this because most cars have blindspots on them and you won't always be able to see everything with your mirrors. Turn signals - For the love of god, learn to use turn signals. I have not seen a proper turn signal in 5 years and that is no exaggeration. Just remember, they are used to tell other drivers what you are doing and where you are going. It is ****ing useless to put your turn signal on half way through the damn turn..... turn it on BEFORE you intend to do the action! BEFORE DAMMIT !!!!@!!@!!111one!@!@!

The instructor will probably give you the tips.
![]() I just got my license a few days ago, I haven't been out driving by myself yet. Driving isn't that exciting for me. |
