If you have car sickness, do you also have that dizzyness effect in trains? I get dizzy when I go in all kinds of vehicles, except planes, but I'm not sure about trains. I'm asking this because I have to follow a training period at work for school, and I just heard the company I have to go to has moved to another city, so I have to go by train.

There is a 'patch' that you can put behind your ear that will stop that nausea and such. My brother/dad used this type of thing. Generally, you can't leave them on for more than like 8 hrs or something, but maybe that's plenty to get you where you need to go. Also, there are these bracelet things that work for some. I believe they are mainly for boating, but, they work for any motion type sickness. Basically, they are like a wristband that has some kinda pressure point thing in them. My bro/dad tried these, and they worked for them... although not nearly as well as the patch thing. Something like: http://www.sea-band.com/seaband.htm Any who, see what your doc says because I'd bet that the train would cause you the same discomfort as other vehicles do. |

" besides if your having fun while in a bus if it's something with school your not even thinking about it xD uncounsiously you think you won't feel well so occasionly you won't feel well, so if you're busy you won't notice a thing ^^

Otherwise, medicine of some sort would be the best idea (such as the patches that I mentioned). If you decide on using medication though, make sure to see a a real doctor lol. That way they can recommend a product that is right for you, and most importantly not kill you. (even ask your doc about over the counter stuff too, it doesn't mean it is safe just cuz its on the shelf).

Alright, thanks guys, I'll probably just convince my teacher to send me to another company that supports training periods, since everyone elses companies are in the same city, it's kinda unfair, so I'm sure my school will find a new one for me.
