Did that. Reinstalled. Restarted my computer. Same problem.

Lol, I decided to re-install GoW yesterday, first problem I had was DX10 for XP (Alky Project) crashing the game, now I'm getting some VB C++ error, I gave up already.

BTW, try updating your game to update #2
