I downloaded the demo for the game and I was waiting to play it all day.

'Til I installed it and started it up. The game started, went black, and came up with a Send, Do not send error. So..... anyone know of any GOOD alternatives / help?

I'm guessing your videocard doesn't support shader 2.0/3.0(Whatever 2142 uses).

A good alternative is Joint Operations. Although I don't remember if it's really quite active.

This could be the reason for Battlefield also, but I got this for Joint Operation.

Mobile Intel(R) 915GM/GMS,910GML Express Chipset Family:

This video card does not support HW T&L (Hardware accelerated Transform & Lighting). Joint Operations: Typhoon Rising requires a video card that supports HW T&L, and therefore will not run on this device.

And my laptop was designed for gaming. Although it is rather dated I suppose.
