like the title says i can't seem to patch and i keep getting the reconnection (重新連線中 (X次))

i've looked like EVERYWHERE for any kind of luck and no help ._.''
the registration topic for survival project tw isn't of any help either.. it seems that the other players are having the same problem.
i tried using a proxy.. then updated XML.. installed DirectX and it still won't patch i don't understand why.

can someone tell me how to fix this? or if anyone is able to get on survival project (taiwan) is it possible for you to upload your survival project folder? or can i manually patch?

i'd appreciate any kind of help.. i've been trying to play this game for almost 2 weeks .. ._.''
