That's a damn good system. I just hope they have some left when I get my paycheck if I am unable to snag a free one

laptops aren't really good for hardcore gaming....and if you just want o play lower end games like FP2 MMORPGs then even the cheap laptops will do ok....

I don't need it for hardcore gaming. Did you even bother to read any of my messages? I've got an overpowered desktop for my normal gaming needs.

****in' A. My stepmom works at a place and gets a MAD discount on laptops..

Dell, HP and Apple only. You already ruled out Dell and HP...so I suppose Apple would also be out of the question.

Sorry.

I'd bet even a discounted Apple laptop would be more expensive than a store bought windoze laptop.

PC Torque lists no prices nor can I find their shop. It appears they want me to call them which I am far too lazy and tired to do. Powernotebook was more than I wanted to spend and priced higher than major manufacturers.

Now, that's not true. In Denmark and on all the other sites I've been too ( including those I send you) Powernotebook is cheaper than any of those... I don't know your budget but there is this one, which is very fine for just 1300 dollars

You can always configure if it's too expensive.
