theres a text box? show us the text
those actually arent text but squares? make it show text
otherwise no one can help you

i happen to be a chinese and i can read the text if you post a proper screenshot
( i gave up the game already though, twice )

I'm playing the Taiwanese version and it's great, there are sometimes lag but not too bad considering it's all the way around the world... I'm in the US.

The game strongly reminds me of Starcraft Zergs vs Marines. I'm not sure about other countries but the Taiwanese servers are a little dead, there arn't that many people on, and I've tried playing around 4am my time which is like 8pm or something there.

Judging by the screen you may be IP blocked, lots of China's games have IP blocks.
or it may be that you did not type in ur password/username correctly, try using all lower case or something or perhaps using ur Email address as the Username.

Yea my email address doesn't fit in there and I can't get the disk that is suppose to get the languages.

Try downloading the language packs usually it has errors due to it being coded in another language and your pc not supporting it. ^-^
