direct x9= high direct x10= very high tweaked config files ( not normally seen ingame)= ultra high ultra high settings are so demanding that no computer out now can play it on smooth while having it maxed......(unless you have the newest graphics card sli and still you get low FPS...) and don't even get me started on AA and Vysnc... |

I hope you realize that, that buy was one of the most stupid buys I've ever seen. The Radeon 4850 is better and much cheaper....

just to let you know.......ATI and Nvidia sends their video cards to those company and then the companies slap their logo on it...and they might OC it.....
....but nothing really changes from the actual cards since ATI/Nvidia were the ones who made them.....not the other companies. |

yea but i also hope you know that sometimes they get a really shitty card that nvidia or ati makes and overclock it to the max which your not supposed to do and that causes the cards to overheat and malfunction within a week or 2

I overclocked my 8800gt oc
from coreclock: 625MHZ to 735Mhz forgot what the shader was...I had it linked with the coreclock is was around 1897MHz last time I saw...i think Memory Clock: 900MHz to 1093MHz ( or times that by two to get the real specs) and I haven't had a problem since I bought it a couple of months ago.... just make sure it doesn't overheat and it's stable and your good to go.... also I only run under those settings when I am playing high end games...and I keep my fan on 80% while playing to.... |

yea but remember not everyone wants to go through all of those hassles of checking temps and such and a lot of people dont even realize whats going on...they just buy the cheap card thinking its the same as other cards dont watch temps and boom theyre gone
