Gunz problem!! help pls

I am using a LAN connection in US with a high speed internet but why when i join a game in Gunz i only see people with the red sign with yellow lines, it seems the game is running but just the people don't move. it can't be my connection..c an somebody help me plz...

turn off firewall and try portforwarding

hmmmm ive had that but only once but i joined another game and it was fine what type of broad band are u using??
