Invalid torrent file

=> re-download and re-install it gunz
=>Notepad trick
go to Start>Programs>Accessories>Notepad
When it opens, go to File>Save Change "File Type" to "All Files" name the file "gunz.torrent" save the file to C:\program files\MAIET\Gunz
=> restart computer until it works again
=>This error is probably caused by a missing torrent file in your GunZ folder. Try going to the drive you installed GunZ in > Documents and Settings > The Current User. The torrent file should be in there, so just drag it back to the GunZ folder.

If, by any chance, this does not work, you may download the torrent file from the attachment below, and then move its contents to your GunZ folder (C:/Program Files/MAIET/GunZ) folder.

Start up the gunz launcher and press the magic button

download the manual update patch off the gunz site and install it. torrent files r wat the game downloads to auto update

dude, it has nothing to do with that. Everytime you run gunz, it always does a quick file torrenting. The problem isn't just the initial huge torrenting, it's after that too. Some people have a problem with torrenting files on their comp, and just downloading the patches or files you get from the torrenting will not solve the problem because even after you do that, everytime you run gunz, it always does a quick file torrenting, which some people's computer cannot recognize and execute.
