Let me guess. You're 13 years old, and you absolutely LOVE playing video games.
To be honest though, I doubt anyone's going to come forward with anything, unless you can provide them with an incentive to. Usually, in commercial companies, this incentive is cash. I'm guessing you don't have alot of that (none of us do), so the other attraction is talent. To be honest, being able to use an FPS Creator to create a game isn't that impressive. To get people to help you, you need to show some pretty serious skill with either modeling, writing (I mean, A LOT of writing here), or programming, and even then that won't guarantee you anything.
So, I see your options like this:
A ) Give up.
B ) Scrape together a whole heap of cash.

C ) Learn to model/mix/program/write yourself.
Now if you don't like option A, and you can't really pull of option B, you're left with option C, which is to learn how to do most of the stuff yourself, or use your skill in one field to attract people in others.
