It definatly is Cash Shop Dependant, becouse you NEED rebirth if you want to become good.

I figured that out after playing the game for 3 days.

A sad realization after running around trying to gain back some points to spend.

That was when I found out I had to "rebirth".

Impossible to play the game without paying.

yes it's definitely cash shop dependant and as Orphesus said, people just wont admit it. I used to play but got bored + didn't feel liek paying to finish stupid storyline crap

Some people might even tell you "Well, you don't need to pay to rebirth! The game gives you a free rebirth at level 100!". That's true, but it will take you FOREVEVEVEVER to get to that level.
