Why does the Punch skill Fail that much?

The punching skill.. obviously The fist.
Do you punch with Sonic Boom?

fist is too slow.. You will never use it in PVP - never use it verse higher mobs.

You will use it where you are at your level maybe because you use 2 skills and fist is only skill you can use before those cooldowns end... once you get another skills(that = 4) then you'll have 0 need for fist because its so slow and weak and you can use another skill instead of that.
