Yup it is but no one has ever been banned for it. All I did was change the font. Even the windower application is tolerated by Square Enix even though it's techincally also against the TOS. I don't use the windower though, only changed the font since the original one wasn't nice at all.

Anyways your choice, please just don't ask me again. This is the 2nd time you asked me for the link and then you decide you don't want it.
