Some ROW shot lol.. its my 30 lvl assassin, they recently have some major update on quests and even got new zones, monsters and so on...

PW does have water combat actually. I was never particulary fond of it but there are a few quests, especially later, that require you to boss/grind underwater. There is a huge mote? moat? outside ancient dragon city that has a boss underwater. Also around level 34~ there are a string of underwater quests near some camp in the north east part of the map. If I remember correctly underwater(and air as well) combat gives 1.5x exp.
