How do you enjoy that horrible skill delay?

its not skill delay, its pretty much a global cooldown on all skills.

Ahh I remember that! D:
It's why I ended up not playing when the OB first started. But I've a better computer now.

Side note, Metal Slug 4 was..a bit of a let down.
Stages ended a little too fast. Last boss was lame and no real twist aside from the overly buff chain gunning guy being an android. Which does explain how he keeps coming back..but I used to love fighting him.
"Come on boii."

Ending was funny though.

Where are you Metal Slug 5..

I'm going to try out Metal Slug 5 and X a little later, 4story should be done any moment. But so far, 3 was definitely the best. fighting with the enemy soldiers on your side was so awesome. Especially when that chain gun guy started fighting clones with you.

X was fun, I beat that one not too long ago. I actually like the newest arcade machine, six? It was at an arcade we had around here and it was damn good. I went a bit insane and got to the point where I could get to the second boss without dying.

When I click a skill and it activates a second later, that's delay.

I KNOW what cooldowns are.
