i never figured out what you had to do to get that title

does it involve not killing lower levels?

It's from the Noblegarden event. (Easter)

The one thing I love about Blood elves would have to be the body. Slender and elvish. (Body type is important to me. I usually would never be a Draenei male but I will never play females again unless I have to. Also, humans have an OK build but the way they cast is weird and their face looks utterly retarded without facial hair. And Night elves have too much muscle for me.)
