You can buy a lvl 10 weapon from Sen (might be called something else in the EU version) the Tool Merchant who's on top of a house, on the map with the Vega missions (windia plains or somethings).

Don't do all the secondary quest. They are a waste of time with no good rewards. Just focus on the primary quest and you'll be level 20 in no time. spend whole day in the guild area with 2 other people gathering resources to make our city tier 2 and got my rare level 60 full plate armor set crafted.

really love the patch so far btw.
