He looks like a girl because it's a weird game.
Nipples is a bad word, use noo noos for now on.

i see no noo noos or a huge muscular hairy chest

is that a 12 year old boy? why is he carrying such a big spear?

is he trying to show off that big spear so the ladies wont notice his tiny ding a ling or lack of muscles?

He is carrying the big spear so the ladies won't be able to see his noo noos. One of them are horribly disfigured, and looks like a horse's eye. He can't put on a shirt, because his muscles that he got from carrying the spear would just rip through the shirt.
