Human eye sees, 26 FPS.
Both versions run higher than 30 fps at all times. SO, it can run smoother, but you aren't gonna notice it if you are a human. Nevertheless, I have it on console.. because that's where I play fighting games,.. with my controller.. and friends..(online) Last edited by hyarume; 06-27-2009 at 07:18 PM. |

some games, have game speeds determined by framerate.
Most of those games are locked at a certain FPS tho. Capped or locked often both. Example if you are going over 30 FPS in FFXI, you are speed hacking. Last edited by hyarume; 06-27-2009 at 07:22 PM. Reason: -=Doublepost=- |

False, I don't know if my eyes are inhuman but I can definitely see a difference between, say 26 FPS and 40 FPS. And only games (on the PC) that are usually badly optimized (or made by Capcom) have their FPS locked. I only know of a few, maybe 4?
