You see the dimps of the 26fps.

when it goes below, its really noticable.. and when it says you have around that fps.. you usually get dimps.

40fps tubles down too, but not as low as 26 so it stays higher than the eye can see.

The rest is between you're ears sir.

it was 26..or 24.. but its not a proven thing and will always be impossable to prove.
I for one can see no diffrence in 30 and 60fps. (IF LOCKED)
I do see diffrence when it tumbles down, at 60fps Its still higher than I can see because it stays just as smooth to me.

At 30 however.... I notice it tumbling down sometime

I can tell the difference between 30 FPS and 60 FPS.... I thought everybody could....

In SF4 when it played close to 300 FPS the game was in super turbo mode lol!

The average movie-With motionblurs runs at 24 frames per second, and this seems choppy in some cases. Remove the motion blue and you need a higher FPS to maintain the same overall apeal.

The human body is capable of many things and is indiffrent in many people-However you can see the diffrence between 30-60, therefore at some point in someway our brain and eyes are capable of viewing this diffrence.

Posterization and ink looks great to me on SF4. Dunno why people are *****ing about it, it's just a unique style of art in the game. BAWWWWWWW GRAFX ARNT GUD NUF! FUX GMPLAYZ I NEDS GRAFXXXXXX!!! BAWWWWWW!!!!
