If you're from the US it only costs around 10 dollars because of Turbine's anniversary deal (if its still available, not 100% sure). For europeans the cheapest would be Play.com with its 15,49€ for the compilation pack:

EDIT: The EU link isn't working at the moment it seems. Its the correct link nonetheless.

For everyone downloading that DDO client, that is for the official servers, and it probably won't let you play on the beta server. ._.

the videos of that games looked so hilariously awful i am surprised anyone would even sign up for the beta. Seriously.. look on youtube, its just the worst thing I have ever seen. It looks like some horrific cross between the original everquest and requiem.
