max ingame settings

tweaked .ini settings

(vegetation distance, shadow distance/quality and viewing range increased. i can only see the vegetation distance increased in these screenshots but ive seen some more pics where u can see each of these things compared)

still hoping for more .ini tweaks to pump up the graphics even more.
i put the blur effect back on for a while to test also, in the first 2 screenshots it might look ugly but in some cases it looks very nice.
