Customers who’re indulged in the illegal use of pirated software have another slap; Microsoft is banning Xbox 360 consoles from Xbox LIVE that’ve been modified to play pirated games.

Xbox LIVE's Major Nelson recently posted a warning that they are currently banning consoles from Xbox LIVE if they have been modified to play pirated games.

it looks like Microsoft has started cracking down on Xbox 360 gamers who have been playing pirated games on their modded consoles. The article on IGN has quotes from a Microsoft spokesperson about how modding your Xbox voids your warranty and it will get you banned.

You may be thinking well why is he quoting this?? Well because M$ have started banning xbox 360's with modded cooling. So if you've done the 12v mod your in risk of being banned for it....

Firstly, and most obviously, you cannot connect to Xbox Live on this console any more. This means no more game updates (aka title updates), XBLA games, marketplace content, netflix/sky player and so on. There is no way around this, all online capabilities are now disabled PERMANENTLY.

two different searches came up with this.. clearly sir you are wrong once again.

there is away around it which is probably what irony is talking about but you can still be banned from that game you were caught on but get to keep your gamertag to play other games but you can now no longer play that one game online without getting a new system even if you go out and buy the game.. in no way shape or form is it worth doing it..

Alright, I've been way too into the game to actually post some screens, but here you go, but along with it comes a story.

I started out making a destroyer (hard), I was amazed that I had choices in the way I wanted to fight, being able to duel-wield, the classic sword and shield, or wield a fire arm and cleaver. I was also amazed at the skill trees, the expertise you could choose, making the 3 class feel sooooo much more. The graphics, wonderful, smooth, even on my computer which is decent.

I left my destroyer later on, made a alchemist (also on hard) but on hardcore, got to level 5, destroyed, but I really enjoyed playing the alchemist's Lore skill tree, so after that tragic death, I remade an alchemist on the same difficulty, minus the hardcore and this one is turning out better then the last. I decided to go a different route from my last and pick armor expertise over the nether imps, then go with pet mastery to help out my wolf and later on my golem.

I can't begin to explain how much fun I've had all day without even getting past level 10.
