I find RoA 2 more useful when annie is quishy and most people know annie is squishy and will aim for annie first. AFter i get double RoA i get Zhonya after i stacked up kills and kills.

My build its good, well for me because they aim for me and think i am squishy and weak. In return they end up getting kill and switch target xD

This level bracket is full of twinks its really annoying.
