Default Is this a good card for the inspiron 530?

Can it play crysis on good resolution on a 19 inch monitor?

The problem with the 256mb version is that it starts to fail when more graphically intensive things happen, such as high resolutions, higher effects.

For instance:
A 8800gt with 256mb has half the frame rates as a 512mb version on crysis on high: http://www.legitreviews.com/article/607/8/

But it is just 7 FPS lower on the less intensive Bioshock: http://www.legitreviews.com/article/607/7/

For Crysis on a 19" monitor, it won't be the best.
For other games, it'll be enough.

Is it worth upgrading from a 2600 XT?
