Looking for a mmorpg or a mmofps (or both) that doesnt need too much grinding but you can also manufacture robots, make mount or tame pets (anyone of those).

Preferably completly free.

Well, that's a bit hard. Hardly any free game offers all that.
Robots, I suppose you could try exsteel or w/e it's called.
But try out GunZ:The Duel, it pwns.

All I can think of is Zero Online. I dont know about mounts but they have pet robots that assist you.
