I know theres already a few Thief guides out there, but I have realized that there is actually a better way to make a Claw Thief, which I WISH I had done when I was lower level... But it is too late now.

Claw Thief:
Nimble Body: 10 <- Increase 3rd
Keen Eyes : 8 <- Max out first
Disorder : 3 <- To get Dark Sight
Dark Sight : 20 <- Increase last
Double Stab: 0
Lucky Seven: 20 <- Max out 2nd. Get to 10, then save for 2 levels, then max

Most guide you see actually say to have Nimble Body at 20 and Dark Sight at 10... Which is how I built my own Thief who became an Assassin... However, new info shows that the above build is actually better!

The reason for 10 NimbleBody and 20 Dark Sight is that at higher levels, once you have Haste, you will find that theres a bit of a "quirk" (I would say bug) in the game whereby the speed penalty from Dark Sight actually OVERRIDES the speed gain from Haste, rather than stacking with it. Even worse, once you come out of Dark Sight your speed goes back to normal (non hasted), even if Haste is still active!

However, with 20 points in Dark Sight you don't actually get any speed penalty at all, which means that you keep your speed gain from Haste while you are in Dark Sight, and also when you come back out of it. This makes Dark Sight a much more useful skill... A lot of Assassins who didn't max Dark Sight probably rarely use it, and the reason I think is the "quirk" i mentioned above.
