I read manga's also.. but I would choose to watch an action anime over reading about it any day.
Just the fact the battles are more detailed.. reading in a manga you miss out on many moves.
Like in the manga worst.. there could be a lot more to the fight - but that can't be possible because this is all being drawn - you can only animate actions in like that to make fights more exciting.

I'm going back to watching anime now that I found this website anime-planet, I can actually find good animes to view.

Well, I guess if you perceive it that way. But the anime is usually of a lower quality--both in content and application of it's genre.

A few good examples of that would be Great Teacher Onizuka, Naruto, and To-LOVE-Ru.

You guys are just seeing that they uploaded the new episode and are blowing this whole thing off as a joke, but you'll notice that the first 1 second of the episode is a message they added telling you NOT to put Dattebayo stuff on Youtube, so I think at least THAT part is serious. They just suck at bluffing because they've put up so many trolls that people just kind of ignore their threats.

In any case, I really don't care. The fights haven't been spectacular, and I'm actually mostly in it for the plot now, so more interested in the manga. There hasn't been a good fight in Shippuuden since that 10 vs. 100 episode.

It's just preference...
I mean I don't see why people read manga because it doesn't have some of the stuff that anime has that I really like.
Music, voices, soundeffects, moving pictures...
The fight/drama scenes get complimented with good music and voice acting with colored moving pictures make it that much more enjoyable imo.

I watched the lastest shippuden and I was wondering why it had been subbed by DB since they said they've stopped. I hope it was only a joke, their subs are good

lols they always do this....kinda gets annoying. anyways yeah their subs are good.

and i gotta agree with Gatx, the fighting scenes now are crap, far less intense than the old naruto so im more in to the plot now too.
