there isn't much out there...
U can try Maidmarian games (sherwood) but, IMO, not very good ones... Nodiatis is ok but can't really say it's 3d (not even 2.5d, I guess) Dead frontier seems a nice one (I've tried it for a while but got bored after a couple of days)

It's actually getting a lot worse. They've introduced a lot of messed up stuff in attempts to "stop hackers and scammers" and have basically removed 98% of the PVP. Plus the High-Def. makes the game even worse now. Why do they even bother with graphics improvements. Everyone who still plays Runescape don't care a thing about the graphics.
