I just wanna know what program does Jagex use to make runescape?

They used Java.

Why would anyone want to learn how to make a game like runescape? It seems to be dying pretty quickly now that all there is to do anymore is woodcut and mine...(you can't even murder other players anymore :O )

It actually isnt. Membership has stayed constant and PvP is being put back in the game.

yea plus free players get full browser screen in high detail now

Eriond, thank you for that link! I would really like to get a game sort of like RuneScape up and running, but I did not know how to do it. This will help a lot.
