Default WTF will the world do when gas gets to high?
I was at king soopers the other day getting some cookies.

The cookies have gone up in price. Guess why? Gas prices!

What will everyone do when gas gets to high. Hence making everything ELSE cost too much

Will we all starve or something?

Well people will still continue to buy gas.

That's not quite how the economy works. As gas prices get $10 a gallon, the oil companies spend more money. As whoever they give their money to, those guys will spend more money and so on. Eventually people will start asking for raises because the cost of living is higher. Bosses will be able to give it to them. Goverment puts in some money into pockets of consumers. Soon, Gas is $30 a gallon and we can all afford it.

It's just tight on people because the oil companies aren't spending their money, mainly because they seem to be too busy fighting a war.

In college right now as well.

However, eventually it will get to a point where those people without the degree will become upset because they won't have enough to eat.

Example: Someone at safeway comes in and buys a shitload of food.

-the cashier observes it and realizez he doesn't have enough food.

-Everyone at safeway attacks the customer

If people don't make enough money for food...what is the point of having a job? Eventually people at Safeway will begin to steal food to avoid starvation.

Most people without any type of school degree already suffer. The average income is like <$10,000 a year w/o a HS diploma or equivalent.
