when u start off playing, at beginer's lvls, when your hp is close to dying it sometimes automatically turns into chaos so you could try defend for your life. Another way which is the regular way would be killing other players. on the right bottom corner of the screen there's a small guage. For every 7 players killed, it fills up and you press "c" to transform.
