This is a Bot, it doesn't help the blind, nor other disabled people.
You still need to interact with the computer to use and configure the program.
If you are too disabled to use WoW, you're too disabled to use this program.

The "it allows disabled to play" argument is just gold farmers grasping at straws.

This won't be an actual issue in the lawsuit because they are empty claims.

Discrimination does not apply to something such as a video game. If a developer does not make a video game that a disabled person can't play than it is not the developers fault and they are not held accountable because video games are a form of expression covered under the first amendment, they are art. Not only that but it's considered entertainment, a luxury.

Granted MMO's are different because they are a service that you pay for continually every month. Discrimination in this case would be allowing them not to play because they are disabled, not letting them cheat or get the upper hand because they are disabled.

WoW is a similar concept...

It is a service(like targets shopping website). Therefore, they need to make it useable for ALL users.

How come he and mister "Elite member" (who originally had the sig of the chick) still get to use those sigs, but when the rest of us all try to do it, we get warnings and bans?

Might be because he's only showing her face in the second one. Also the first one is so small it's hard to see that she does indeed have some cleavage showing.
