Bones releases new anime-Bōnen no Xamdou

Bones is releasing a new anime exclusive on the PSN-$3 for SD sub and $4 for the HD rent only. Episode 1 is already out and the coming episodes should be released next season.

Sentan Island is a small island surrounded by the Yuden Sea. It exists in a state of dreamlike tranquility, cut off from the war between the Northern Government and the Southern Continent Free Zone. Akiyuki Takehara lives on Sentain Island along with his mother Fusa, He is currently separated from his father, the town doctor Ryuzo, but the bond between father and son remains. One day, after taking Ryuzo the lunch that Fusa has made for him as usual, Akiyuki is caught up in an explosion along with his friends, Haru and Furuichi. The explosion produces a mysterious light which enters Akiyuki's arm, causing him excruciating pain. He's given no time to understand it, however, as the white-haired girl who rode on the bus with him guides him to a power unlike anything he's ever known. He transforms into a creature called Xam'd, and his rampage is only stopped when a red-haired foreign girl appears.

Okay so i watched the first episode and i must say, this felt like a true anime, it felt like i was watching an anime(movie).

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't a site like Crunchyroll illegal?

You don't need a PS3, you can just get the torrent version but the quality is not so good because they record the screen of the video while its playing.

Not per se; they remove anime that's been licensed in English.

Beat me to it. This is why it's a grey since they don't keep these translated animes on their site. IMO no as long as it not no one is really losing any money.

When I first watched the trailer, I thought it was some kind of sequel to Eureka 7. The characters are drawn in the exact same style, even the style of clothing is similar, the mech they show looks kind of like the 3rd version of the Nirvash, and I thought one of the characters that appeared looked like an older Renton. But then I looked it up and the story turns out to be completely different, and really not that interesting to me. Animation looks smooth though.

Have yet to watch it, downloading right now. I saw the trailer though, the animation looks great. So does the chara-design.

Yeah cause the makers of E7 are also the ones who made Bōnen no Xamdou.

Actually, Gonzo started broadcasting subtitles of their latest seasons animes on Crounchyroll, Youtube, and antoher site that charges for HD versions.

That pretty much makes the site legit and more of a company rather than people just ripping off animes.

Also, this series has a sub group working on it, so you should be able to torrent it.
