1 handed or 2 handed? Well, it doesn't really matter, so whatever. Both 1h and 2h are in pretty low demand at 50k to 100k at most.

Most 100% scrolls are pretty worthless since they're sold at the NPCs for 34.5k-70k. Other 100% scrolls (a minimal amount) are found only by players which make them more expensive (example: Cape DEX, Cape STR, etc).
Also, 100% scrolls aren't necessarily "worthless". People still use them. The ones that people don't use at all (well 99.99% of the time) are the 100% HP/MP scrolls.
