What? How does that at all disprove Christianity? What if God decided he wanted to create another race of creatures? Maybe we were the only civilization of creatures that fell in to temptation (Sin). Other species doesn't disprove the existence of God. No where in the Bible does it say that God made only one form of intelligent life.

Shame the Bible is crap then isnt it? Considering the bible is written by Men they could of just made it up. I dont believe God exists and Bible goes against a lot of science thats more likely to be right.

My former boss is a carpenter he took up that role because he belive in god, and hes a faithful christian that preaches to everyone he see's including gas stations, mcdonalds, whenever he sees someone that needs to be told about god. I asked him does he belive in aliens, he answered it simply "No, Jesus died once for us (humans), not for another race." Meaning Jesus would have had to die twice for another race to be born.

Oh, I agree with him. Read what I said a bit more carefully. I stated what if another civilization existed that never fell to temptation. Jesus Christ only had to die because we fell to sin. Personally I believe we're all that's out there, but I could be wrong and wouldn't be surprised if I was. There's just no proof about any other form of life existing in space.

Or that we find single celled organisms on another planet (still aliens) do you how many stars there is in this universe? There is more stars in this universe than there is grains of sand in this world. We live on one lucky planet that managed to fall on the Goldilocks zone. Now we have Trillions apon Trillions of stars its extremly likely there are planets that can support life (we have even found some its just there way to far away to find out).

I would rather belive in God and die and figure out there is no God, then not belive in God and die, then figure out there is a god and you arn't allowed in his sanctuary.

But back on topic...the universe keeps growing, tons of planets, other life forms, there may be other life forms but they can just be animals like prehistoric time, or they can be a life form that looks just like humans. We will never know.

Shit, I agree 100%. I dunno the validity of THIS story, but jeez.

Consider than our set of planets is smaller than most. Just consider. We lost one planet (Pluto) recently, so that makes our ratio 1 in 8. 1 in 8 planets we KNOW FOR SURE has life. The other 7, we only assume do not have life. They could, or could HAVE, or could SOME DAY. Still following me?

Now, lay down at night (not in the city) and look at the sky. Each star you see is a sun, burning brightly somewhere else. Notice how many friggin' stars there are (remember, we can't see all the stars either). Just think. Around each one of those stars is a potential 8 planets (give or take). Multiply 8 times the number of stars in the sky just to get an AVERAGE GUESSTIMATE of how many planets might be in the sky.

I think we are pompous assholes if we honestly can believe we are the only ones in our universe. Come on people, think about it.

@ whoever said aliens would ruin the Christianity thing...how do you know that is true? Did it say anywhere in the bible that God only populated THIS planet? Each planet could have its own bible, and have been created by the same God. Thats a crazy assumption, I know...but possible.
