Horrible Word Filters

Everything on ijji, anything by nexon, and most things made outside of the u.s. have horrible curse word filters. Prove me wrong.

Example, cant say nip, in nexon games, CUZ ITS A BAD WURD. *lol cant say sniper.

Cant say poop in some other games ( forgot the names [also wtfomg poop])

To the point, why do these foreign games have so much sand in their panties over horrible language, and rather than eliminating it all together, why dont they add a TOGGLEABLE word filter. I mean, you can shoot em in the head, cut them down, and hurt them in any way imaginable, BUT DONT USE NAUGHTY LANGUAGE!? Something tells me that they were born with 1 damn cog short of a clock (for lack of a better metaphor).

On a lighter note, everything on steam + WoW ftw.

None of those games can compete with Virtual Magic Kingdom(Basically, a Disney themed Habbo Hotel knock off). Instead of the filter blocking words that are inappropriate, the filter only allows words that the developers let through. That way you can't say just about anything.

back on topic- I find it rather amusing how they block you from cussing at somebody, but with a few pokes of your keyboard you can still quite easily run at somebody, chop them in half and then loot their bloody corpse...

I remember nexon once changed it's filter to block out "tit" and "t it."

You couldn't say things like, "about it" or "want it." for weeks.
Such horrible, horrible times.
