"July 22, 2008: Patch 1.0.35 is here! This is the final beta patch and WoKF will be officially released on August 1st! There is a new level cap of 80, and there is a new country, new maps, new quests and so much more! See you in the game! "

There was a new server launched on July 22nd 2008 as well.



There are 9 "classes" to play which include -

There seems to be many mounts. And a huge content release/update on August first that might be included in the latest patch. There is PvP and guild vs guild I believe.

( P.S. **** Older server is 'Jade Dragon', server created on July 22nd 2008 is 'Golden Serpent'



I have just looked into it because I read a post from a member on these boards who says that the game is pretty good and he seems like a person with a good sense of taste.

Is that game fun? I Always saw bryan playing it but he suddenly gone to *sneeze* servers, so I gave up on playing it.

I have just finished updating the client and am about to go in world now.

It was actually Bryan's signature and post that I saw that got me to look into this game I believe. new server launched a few days ago so the players there should be fairly low level. I'm going to give it a try.

I've actually been fairly impressed with WoKFU when I've played it. Graphics are average to good, sound is about average but the game just clicks. It feels right, and it's not slow paced or anything like that.

That sounds good LOC, thank you very much for your input. For some reason it seems like it's going to give me that feeling too.

You are able to play now, they are "Officially" releasing it on August 1st 2008.
I think that just means that the game will never be labeled as "Open beta' anymore.

They added a new server on July 22nd 2008 called Golden Serpent.

I am creating my character right now. Good ammount of hairstyles and 10 facial choices very cool.
And there are also facial details like masks and marks and tattoos etc. loads of combinations.

The starting weapons look really cool as well.

The fist is only a glove but in that video above it's totally a Katar.

The Hooks look like really deadly daggers.

Hammer/Axe is a dual wield axe.

Everything looks really cool so far.

Be sure to set the game to a higher resolution in the launcher/updater before you launch it because they set it pretty low. I think it also has options for windowed mode and full screen.

a few things u should know

after lvl 20 the grind realy kicks in and get unbearable

if u want pvp..u HAVE to cash shop. there are 100k hp pills with no cooldown.
with that pill u even survive a beating from a player 10 lvls higher.

i had one of these on my 23 fist /soe dude gave me) and i was lsaughterin ppl and they could not harm me.

some classes are just useless for pvp and cant protect themselves from PK.
yes its open pvp after lvl 20.
and classes like fists are pure kickass in PvP and are great in pve too.
for exapmle if u hit 1 monster..and around hat monster there are 30 othe rmonsters every monster gets hit! its awesome.. i was pulling tons of them and wiping em by 4 hits. great class.

i swear the grind is the main problem.



good points about it
every weapon is nut just a weapon..its whole new class..
crafting system n upgrading system is best one ive seein f2p games.

im thinkin of starting again anyway..

oh its has nice graphics i must say..pretty good
