ok, a couple of days ago my gunz didn't work, thanks to illgamez solutions, it now does work, all it takes is actually doing the recommended.

all credit goes to IllGamez for his walkthrough. I'm just telling you what things from the list successfully worked for me ...

firstly, when i reinstalled gunz, i was getting the launcher interface crash once i ran gunz, i tried a number of things on illgamez list:

1. adding the torrent file stated in the walkthrough by illgamez, to your gunz directory, default being C:\Program Files\MAIET\Gunz

2. removing windows firewall despite the warning, (it doesn't do anything for you anyway) and any other firewall or program control programs you might have, for example Norton, McAfee, ZoneAlarm etc. for me, i didn't even have to turn any others off, except the windows firewall, the others i just allowed exceptions for the gunz launcher, and the gunz exe.

these two steps allowed for me to at least load gunz.
then, once i started playing i was getting the agent error message in game.

to fix this i simply:
1. went into the gunz options menu, and changed the ports to those specified in illgamez walkthrough.

if you have a problem with the launcher interface, i can almost guarentee its a firewall that is stopping the loading as they prevent your connection from retrieving vital information from the gunz server, thus leading to a message saying that the server may be down. check all your programs, and check the ones which may prevent gunzlauncher from enabling a connection.

Note: in program control firewalls, they mustn't necessarily say that they are blocking a program for it to be blocked, if it doesn't appear on the program control list, it is more then likely blocked by default.
to fix this, add the program to the list, and then unblock it.

i hope this helps those of you who can't connect as it did me.

i didnt say i found it,when i gave u the list of programs in the control u said u couldnt help me cuz the firewall wasnt there.then i said i was going to change the port over.i was gonna do the port change but my mom took the router off so i don hav a router now.

yer u dont have my problem my problem is it wont login the login sign wer u click to log in it blackedout i cant click on it and also the servers arnt there plz help me

2. try server fix gunzfactor.com/serverfix.php

hay illgamez i dont have a problem cuz my games working but whene my bro trys he gets an agent error everytime he starts a match and on my screen hes just standin there and on his im just standind there but i work fine we tryed a match with a bunch of ppl and he said all the people where just standin there with the dissconnect sign above there headso h etryed all the stuff on your 0 and 99 ping list cuz on my screen he has 0 ping whene he trys to play in my room i make he even complety removed it from his system and redownloaded it and instaled it but yah forget all that stuff i was wondering if he has this problem because i made his account on my computer
and hes trying to play with the account on his (btw we live in diffrent citys)
but we both have dsl from the same placeand whould the problem fix if he made a complety new account?
