Haste -> Heap up -> Stonehand (5) -> Accuracy -> Cats (4) -> Cannonball -> Get beef up as high as you can by the time you get to 60.
(I have a STR BP, thats the build I have and by level 50 I was hitting 1000 on Volts.)
