WHAT the heck is a NSIS Error????? it stoped me from downloading fiesta(Gave up on trying to download) and now DOMO

what is it and how do i get around it or fix

okay first go on run

then type in cmd

when you have the command prompt then drag the downloader into it and right after you do without doing a space type /NCRC then click enter
