Ok, so i have a laptop..
3gb of ram, 120hdd, AMD 64 Anthlon x2
the only problem seems to be my video card
nVidia GeForce 7100 or something like that..
it only has 64mb of memory..
i bought neverwinter nights 2
runs ok... depends on the settings
bought oblivion
when i lower the settings, but max the display thing (1200 x 800), it runs smooth, decent graphics.
but yea, NWN 2 needs 128mb video card...
thats why it kinda lags
i ordered Two Worlds cus the system req didnt seem that bad
but downloaded the demo
holy sh*t, what a mistake. If you lower the gfx too much in that game, it becomes unplayable, because the gfx sucks. So there goes that...
Tried the demo of Dungeon Lords, its meh... idk, might order it off amazon, Tried Dungeon Siege, keep getting the damn "data exception" error thing...
so for now, NWN2, and Oblivion would work for a bit, but im gonna most likely buy another game... what should i buy...

Needs:
To be action rpg (some exceptions)
A bit of freedom... (dont care that much though)
Fantasy, medieval, DnD based... w/e.. (not a big Sci-fi Fan)
Not that high sys req when it comes to video card
decent gfx.

but im not a big fan of WOW, because of the community....
but is there a single player rpg that kinda plays like wow?
controls, ambient, monsters, etc..

I second Mount and Blade. A very fun game, that doesnt require a strong computer. If you want better graphics download the graphic improvement mod. Also the free version only lets you get to level 7, but the game is cheap right now. It's a game set in Medieval times with epic battles. You hire troops from towns and stuff and train em. A very addicting game for singleplayer. A must play.

You might wanna try Gothic 2 (I would say for you to try Gothic 3 as well cause I think it might run well in your pc but not so sure - I have a FX5600 128MB card and works well). Dungeon Siege (I and II) are also good but you won't have that much freedom (if any).
