Thief skill based & free to play

I am looking for a game something like Saga frontier from psx. Where you can learn skills from monsters. Where you can steal items. Turn based. ATB like from final fantasy.
Yes I know: Atlantica online or Wonderland...
Is there any other similiar??

I simply say Ragnarok. you can start out a novice then theif " which dont talk nothing but 25mins" when u become a certain level you can become assassin then when hit max level yo do whats called reborn
then u can become whats known as assassin cross Fyi: Really friggin powerful
or u could live the life as a rogue and reborn as a stalker.

Yeah, Assassin X ftw, they're hella strong, I love their Sonic Blow..
