Can I still get the commander's badge?

I am hated and at war with netherwing. How many quest do I have to do to get revered reputation?

You start at War with the Netherwing faction, but after a series of quests you'll eventually become entirely neutral with them. Once you obtain an epic flying mount (and the skill required to ride it) you can start doing daily quests for the Netherwing faction that will slowly raise your reputation with them. On my 70 Rogue I am Exalted with them, enabling me to have a Netherwing flying mount.
