Ok, we've got a little sitch-e-a-shin.

I already have recieved 11 entries, and there's still plenty of time left. Now topics can only have 10 options on a poll, so here's the new question?

Do I chose the top ten I believe are the best, and then hold the public voting, or make a topic where peoples manually have to say how they vote for and than I tally them up?

There's no justice in leaving anybody out. Most of the times, people enter their vote in the poll, and they later state who they voted for through a post. I don't see anything wrong in you, the contest holder, personally and manually counting the votes. No one should be left out-- no exceptions.
